aa, ok, ok. well, you had no luck before, because although it’s marketed as baofeng dm-x or 1702, in fact its NOT a 1702, but a retevis rt72, hence the software for the rt72 works like a charm, and in fact this software has more functionality than all the ones for 1702 etc.
