I have about 10 radios that were left over from a previous contract that I would like to re-purpose. These radios are labeled XTR300. The radios were sold by a company called TwoWayRadioDirect. Can anyone tell me who the manufacturer is? I would like to obtain the software so I can reprogram them on the fly by myself…

It appears they are UHF DMR radios branded by Two Way Direct. You might start by contacting them.
