When Things Go Wrong

Seamless transactions with even the worst vendors usually go smoothly. It is when things go wrong that you learn which companies are high on the scale of customer service. This company is at the top. I had a problem with a case I ordered which came apart on the first day. I notified the company and received not only an immediate reply but they put a new one in the mail that day. That is customer service at its best. They will get my business in the future without fail.:):):slight_smile:
