A while back I decided I wanted to put a dual band radio in my office.
The use would be somewhat limited, so I did not want to spend a ton of money.
I ordered the Wouxun KG-UV920p-A and the Wouxon SPS31WIN power supply.
I also ordered the programming cable.
The order was processed and shipped very quickly and arrived packaged well.
I set up the radio and programmed it, I was very surprised with the quality of the radio and power supply. It performed as well if not better than my much more expensive rigs.
Later I decided to alter the programming and the cable would not work the second time. I contacted Two way radio and heard back from them with shipping authorization immediately. I mailed the cable on Monday and they shipped the replacement on Thursday.
I do not believe that you are going to find a place like two way radio that gives you the quality/price combination and also excels in customer service.
