Does anyone have any recommendations for a vox earpiece w/mic to wear on a 4 wheeler that will not pick up loud 4 wheeler noise?

Except for quiet environments I wouldn’t recommend using VOX at all. No matter the microphone used there will always be noise and VOX is very susceptible to it… Unwanted transmissions, etc.
I think I’d turn off that ‘roger beep’ to start with. I’m not familiar enough with that radio, sorry, not much help.
