I just purchased a set of Olympia radios that were programmed and shipped the same day. After receiving them I needed to send them back because of an error in frequency numbers on my part. Again they programmed for free and were shipped out the same day they received them. Their employees are very friendly and accomodating. I will definately buy from them again.
