Can I use it Europe?
what are the brands we can use it EU?, cobra?

youll have to check up on EU’s regulation on radio traffic and i doubt you can get those radios past customs, they might take em away and youll never get em back, you can just use PMR radios since they have UHF frequencies that are basically used in the 70meters HAM in the USA, 444mhz area.
