Can the TK-3130 be cloned Radio to Radio?
or programed via a usb cable ~ conected to a pc and the radio? software needed?
Issue :
Radio will not change channel - Have reset the radio, Have tried to turn off Super Lock. There is no key icon on display.
When the radio is turned on, it is on channel 1, and it will not change. up/down arrow just beep, but the channel does not change.
Is there any other things that need to be cleared or suggestions to get radio to change channels?
