A new Chinese supplier sent me some pictures of microphones. They looked exactly what I wanted but needed to double check they were indeed for kenwood radios. I asked can you confirm these are for kenwood. They responded with “you want them for kenwood?” Yes, I said please they must be for kenwood. They arrived.

It’s nice that they’re labeled. If they work, that’s a win. Responding to a customers needs and being flexible is the key to making a business successful. There’s a lot to learn here.
