TH-9800 control panel is locked - wont unlock

When I turned on my TH-9800 this morning and the panel was “locked” . I cannot open the “Set #15” to unlock it and I cannot reset it by holding the lower left button when I power it up. It seems to be stuck in lock mode. I have never locked the panel since receiving it two weeks ago.

Any suggestions?

Never mind. I reset it using standard “all reset” procedure.
