I have just joined, hi everyone. A friend purchased an 8115 apparently refurbished for 80ch UHF CBRS. It only had 15 channels with some in between missing. It powers up but will not Tx or Rx and no functions are set or respond. The seller suggested the Radio needs some earthing adjustment to chassis and one of the centre pins at plug to be also active for internal memory? For mine the 2 centre pins are for external speaker. And this has never been the case with any other Taits I have known. Does anyone have any ideas or clues as to what has happened here.??? Paul.
