I recently acquired three motorola Saber I’s. All three have charged batteries. However, when I turn them on nothing happends; no sound no light on top…nothing. Is this due to them needing programmed, or are they bricks. As always…any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Basics: 1) get a voltmeter, be sure the batteries have sufficient voltage on them. (about 7.5 VDC charged)
2) IIRC, the fuse is a little green resistor-looking jobbie on the bottom plate. Check it for continuity (zero ohms).
