Do you know What’s it worth

Do you know if it’s worth anything? Plugged it in and it turns on JW it’s value… thanks again

No clue. I’m not good at valuing stuff.

As a radio retailer, we deal with new products. Old vintage radios are not our forte. It may have some value to someone as a collectible, but it doesn’t seem to be up to current FCC type acceptance for operation on the CB band in the US.

Not radios - but here in the UK I am a partner in a historic theatre lighting museum - we’re trying to ensure the history is collected for posterity. I have always collected old stuff, but now we’ve joined a small museum society, I’m realising that some items are collectable and some, sadly, are just junk. Modifications of any kind destroy the ‘worth’ of old stuff. Oddly, working is less of an issue, but even wrong knobs, or essential recabling to meet safety standards kill the product.

The condition of the radio is poor, it has been modified in ways the designer did not envisage and this has probably killed any residual value. A shame - but since I have been preserving lighting gear I have actually scrapped far more lighting than I ever have done before.
