I received the Tytera MD-380 March 16th, 2016. Within 10 minutes of opening the box and plugging the charger in, I realized according to the manual the charger was not functioning properly. I promptly emailed the return department and they promptly replied.
I received an email today from buytwowayradio that a replacement charger was on its way. It really put my mind at ease because I thought I would have to return everything! Meaning that it would be more shipping back and forth for awhile. Thank you I’am impressed.
