Recomndation for two way radio and a output speaker to broadcast

Hi,
Please recommend any two way radio with wireless headset and one output to a loud speaker.

We have front office and kitchen at the back. Two or more people can communicate to back kitchen for orders . People at kitchen should be able to hear on speaker and talk back for any enquiries.

Why do you want radio? Seems an ideal candidate for a piece of wire! Budget comes into play too - If you need the people one end to be able to move, the walkie talkie style radios, with a powered radio in the kitchen. I’m guessing, but do you need the chef type folk to be able to talk back without pushing a button, or would a dangling mic be fine?
