I know these have been discontinued but i have been struggling with the programming of these radios for quite a while. I would like to add some CTCSS tone codes as we installed a new repeater for some farmers in an area and they are still making use of these QD radios. After adding CTCSS tone codes however, i find that no matter what, these radios do not communicate with each other at all. They still have some channels with DCS tone codes on a previously installed repeater which are working fine.
Is there something on the PCB i should be looking at, i know the 959 radios have a jumper, but i am finding no jumper on the 969? Does anyone perhaps have a full schematic/diagram manual for me?
