Proper Lingo?

I’ve been trying to find answers to the following questions but haven’t found much yet. :o
Does anyone have some light they could shed on this subject?

1. Is there proper lingo that one should follow when communicating using two-way-radios (Call sign, etc.)?

2. Is there a difference between what lingo should be used between GMRS and FRS?

On GMRS you must give your call sign every 15 minutes and at the end of all conversations.

You simply use plain english with no “radio Joe ten-four good buddy” stuff
