Nice and toasty. Thankfully it didn’t start a fire.
I’m on a roll now - just powered up an external disk drive that needs 12V DC with 15V AC - two plugs, rat’s nest of wires, so I guessed (wrongly) It is NOT a toasty smell. More like burnt old socks!
