Not happy

I’m sure this testimonial will not win any prizes but am hoping this forum is open to criticism. I was most unhappy about the shipping cost for my purchase. The internet has provided shopping access across the globe and from Australia I have bought items from many businesses in numerous countries but never been charged such exorbitant shipping.

I am sure the shipping was not a surprise or hidden. Why did you make the purchase then? :confused: :rolleyes:

Our sales manager is looking into this to make sure everything is correct. We are constantly trying to lower our shipping cost. When we can ship for less, our overall prices are less, and our customers are happy. The shipping rates we charge, are in turn the ones we are charged. There are no special “handling” charges, and recently we even had to change some of the fees because we were undercharging and losing money.

We are sorry that you feel the shipping charge was too high, but the price is stated at the time of checkout. As mentioned though, we are pulling the transaction records and verifying they are correct, and will contact you if there is anything out of sorts. We work hard at keeping our prices low and providing a positive experience.
