A friend gave me a pair of Kenwood TK 3302U radios. I have charged them but beyond that I’m lost. Do these have to be programmed or something. Any channels above 3 show a flashing orange/red light. Thanks for your help and patience.

The reason why the channels 3 through 16 are flashing orange and red is because they are not programmed and can’t be used.
