Recently bought a Bajeton 9000/,Radtel 950 pro, but am having issues after resetting it while exploring.

Hello Charlie welcome to the forum and welcome to the world of radio. As with any radio or electronics period reading the user manual is key to fully understanding the operation of your new device. The user manual in most of the Chinese radios is written in rather poor “ching-lish” and really doesn’t provide much help. I do not have one of the radios that you have purchased, however there is probably a youtube video or several explaining some of the features of the radio and how to use them. I have found that youtube videos from regular people tend to be informative than poorly written manuals. Good luck on your radio journey and hope you find what you need.
Thankyou but I already have a potential rescue thanks to the seller coming up with a file to reverse my folly.
The only surprise here is that I have not taken the radio to bits yet.
