I have an Motorola Em1000r and my partner has a Motorola cls1110 radio. His is a bussines radio mine is not. Are they compatible to link up? If so can anyone help me.

Yours is a GMRS/FRS radio. Both are pre-programmed and do not have any common channels.
The instructions for each would have shown this.
