need help: midland 75515 speakeasy ultra

I need help one of our midland radios ( model 75 515 frs transceiver speak easy ultra) is set up to transmit but blocks the reception of other radios I dont have the manual andI have difficulty searching for a manual on the internet can anybody help me in resetting said radio so that it can transmit and receive signals from another radio thank you in advance

It is probably the privacy codes. There should be an option on the menu to deselect them for each channel. I looked around and we do not have a manual. You might want to try Midland direct, they should be able to email you a .pdf of the manual: http://www.midlandradio.com/Contact-Us
