motorola headset on midland radio?

I am looking for an electronic earmuff with readio capability.

I recently stumbled on the motorola mhp81 and it seems to cover all my requirements except one.

I have all midland radios. Is there an adapter cable out there somewhere to make this headset work with my midland 2 plug radios?

As far as I know there are no commercially produced adapters for converting a Motorola Talkabout audio connector to a Midland connector. I’ve heard of those who have tried to make their own adapter for different radio connectors, but I don’t know of any company that manufactures one.
