below my problem when read radio during reprogramming.
we use cps 2.0 software
Model : DM4401E radio base Motorola
It could be a few things. The first possibility that comes to mind is the radio was programmed with a different codeplug than the one supported in your version of the CPS. You could try locating a version of the CPS that supports your codeplug. We are based in the US and do not carry this model, so we have little information on it. If you are located in another country, you may need to contact a local dealer in your region for the latest CPS.
