Sure. Motorola does. Expect it to be expensive.

Sorry, we cannot get the software for you. Some brands we can such as Icom, Motorola though is close to impossible.
There are plenty of places to get the software illegally, just don’t get caught with it. From what I hear Mother M is quite vindictive to software pirates.
Russian sites are famous for having them.
