Hello all. This is my first post and I’m just getting back into CB radios after a 45 year lay off 
. I have a question regarding my CB connected to my amp. I have it all connected through my Dosy Libra meter. The problem I have is with my Roger beep on and when I key my mic my modulation gets stuck at maximum reading and I have to tap on meter to get the needle to release. My mic gain on my power mic is set at 1 and mic gain on radio is set at 2. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
See if you can open the meter up, and bend whatever is catching.
