I know that with the frequencies that are designated as itinerant coordination is not required. You simply send in the application yourself. But I noticed with the 2 and 8 channek kenwood protalk portables there is a long list of frequencies that are not designated itinerant frequencies but sometimes called star or dot frequencies (some of them). So what about those? Can you just apply for them too or do you need coordination? For instance 154.515 or 462.7625 These are not itinerant frequencis but these radios are user programmable for these channels. How does this work?
