I have a question/issue in regards to programming my new Leixen VV-898s with CHIRP. I downloaded from the radio no problem, then made all my necessary changes, added channels, etc. I then uploaded to the radio and it says it “cloned”. I disconnected the USB, and upon playing around with the radio, nothing had changed. I reconnected the USB, and downloaded again from the radio, and all settings that I made are there! I tried uploading again, and all seems good. But nothing changes on the radio. The channels/frequencies aren’t there. Anyone else have this issue?
