I was just curious about how many on GMRS are using NODES? I live in New Jersey and GMRS isn’t as big here as it is in other areas of the Country. The repeaters are limited here also. I have had my GMRS license since last Summer, and have talked some on local repeaters but it was very limited and then discovered the NODES I now have several of them and talk on quite a few of the networks. It’s amazing to be able to talk to folks all across the Country now, and have even talked as far away as Guam on GMRS and my NODE. How about the rest of you? What do you use? In some areas there are many repeaters that are linked up with some of the Networks. I hope it continues to grow, and more become available in my area.
