No idea what you mean? Zero it out? You mean programme it? Run the software, fire it up and away you go. Not clear from the image if it’s VHF or UHF, so can’t comment on the licence as don’t know where you are.
They don’t support programming from the keypad.
Restore to factory settings
Programme it with one frequency with no digital, no tones, no shift - everything else is extra data in the drop down boxes.
