I bought your helmet headset a while back. Is there a Ipod splitter available for this? I know now there is one for MottoCom brand I tried it but it sends the music to the Other guys radio when you hit the ptt button. Apparently it’s wired different.

I assume you have a helmet headset for a Midland? This was the only helmet headset that we carried until just recently, when we started carrying an XLT helmet headset for Motorola Talkabout, Motorola business, and Kenwood radios.
If it is the Midland one, i’m sorry, but I am not aware of an iPod splitter for it. I do know that with Midland, the connector is a two pin and the speaker pin is a standard 3.5mm - if the other pin weren’t so close it would plug directly into an iPod and work fine. Maybe, knowing that, you can find some type of audio connector that will work for you.
