I am brand new to ham radios and had a lot of questions. While online, I clicked on the chat button expecting an off shore sales person from…well someplace far away. Nope!
The agent was local and had his ham radio license and was able to answer most of my questions. The ones he couldn’t, he got me in touch with one of their antenna specialists who was able to direct me to the right part.
I have also watched their online videos and have learned a lot. They are quick to respond with email and phone.
Couldn’t buy from a better group!
