Anyone else ever heard of these? We bought 7 of them and they seem like great radios, just very difficult to find hand mics. We find a lot of great mics for Icom, but they do not have our model number listed, although they look like the correct plugs… even without the two support screws for holding in place.

Hi Tim, according to Icom, both the Icom HM-158L Compact Speaker Mic and the Icom HM-159L Heavy Duty Speaker Mic will work with the F3003.
The Impact Speaker Mics should work as well. The F3001 and F3003 use the same connector. Check the Impact Connector Chart on the item page for the correct connector. It should be I3.
