Icom f21 - programming

i have a icom f21 radio i was wondering how to program it as in change the frequency. i have the usb cable but no software.

You need the software. ICOM can sell it to you.

Commercial software. You must pay… order it from Icom. It will fully program this radio. You also need the cable to program it.
