I have programmed both in analog mode. with same frequency. When ptt from Motorola i can hear at Hytera but on ptt from Hytera at Motorola no audio is obtained.
Probably CTCSS - the transmitting radio sends a tone the receive radio uses to turn on the audio. You can either check what the receive radio is expecting and either change it, or switch it off so it hears everything, or change the transmit radio to send what the receive one needs. Probably simplest to turn CTCSS off on both radios.

I have switched off but still the issue is same. There is Motorola CDR700 Repeaters too in the existing system. I want to make Hytera radio compatible in it.
hang on? repeaters? Are you trying to get these radios to talk to each other direct, or via a repeater? Totally different programming. You need to replicate a radio that works through the repeater - same split, same frequency, same tones - I’m confused now. What frequency tones are in the radio that works through the repeaters and what is in the one that doesn’t?
