I’ve seen some forums such as these have an area where problems with either the forum or the company website can be reported. This can help alleviate issues with individual web browsers or full blown server problems.
(There is also a reason for this particular thread. I found that the “I want the most powerful two-way radio” link and the “I need a radio that will work with a repeater” link on this page is dead, or at least it was for me.)
