I’m still waiting on the product to be received, since I just placed the order today, but I wanted to write quickly and say that I’ve received probably some of the best customer service ever from these guys today.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong radio today, and they not only fixed my order on the spot, they’re also accomodating some custom programming that I need. Karl was especially helpful this morning.
Also, their prices are among the best I’ve seen in my searching.
