Please help as I’m a little overwhelmed by all the products to choose from. I’m looking for a 2-way radio (assume it should be GMRS for privacy?) for my in-laws to use on their ranch. Not sure which one makes the most sense. Mother-in-law is usually around the perimeter of the house while father-in-law could be out in the open fields or near the river surrounded by trees. They’re older so ease of use is important. It appears Midland makes the most sense but there are so many models to choose from. Any recommendations?
take a look at the Kenwood XLS. they are 1 watt and have a digital display that is easy to use. reliable and durable radios.
