I think the reason no one can respond is that this may be a dealer-only function. There is nothing in any of the user manuals. It might be a function of the Customer Programming Software (CPS) but that must be obtained from a Motorola dealer (at extra cost.)
The bottom line is that these are business-class radios that require professional programming to work properly, and like most professional radios such as this, the software to program them will be either dealer-only or only available at extra cost. All I can suggest is to consult the dealer that you purchased them from.
If you picked them up cheap because they were used, then you are pretty much on your own. The CPS might or might not be able to do a factory reset, and you might or might not be able to purchase it from a Motorola dealer. The reason is obviously that, like all business radios, they can only be programmed for the frequencies that the business is licenced for. They are not ham or amateur radios, nor are they designed to be programmed by the end user.
