I bought a speaker/Microphone and it worked for 2 weeks and then the speaker part stopped working. Past experince told me I was in for a fight to get it replaced. But to my suprise Jennifer Packer and Robert took care of the issue in about 2 minutes. I for one will keep ordering from you all and will tell people I know about my experince.
