So I’m brand new to this radio thing…
I work in public safety in LA county and wanted to buy a personal radio since my company doesnt always have one available. I wanted to get a radio that works on the Los angeles county public safety frequencies. I would like to be able to get LACoFD blue 8,12, LASD dispatch and AMR green 1&2. I was looking at a Motorola ht1250. But I don’t know what version to get, high band, low band, UHF, VHF, 400mhz, 700mhz? Can anyone tell me what I would need to get?
