So I’m looking for something for Christmas, and I’m not sure if a product like this exists.
Two people I know work construction together ofter, but can’t agree on music. They also need to talk to each other all the time. What I’m looking for is a pair of headphones that have an audio input for an iPod or other mp3 player, but also have a built in 2-way radio. Something that would allow for each to be listening to their own music, but can push a push-to-talk button and interrupt or override the music to be able to communicate with each other.
I found an industrial product like this, but they cost $900 each. Does such a product exist on a consumer level (<$200)? And if so, where could I find something like this?
