I work for a church part time on the security staff. They have a series of Kenwood freetalk UHF radios. Usually there is not enough radios to go around, so i decided to go online (ebay) and buy a programmable radio WEIERWEI UHF with a direct entry keypad. I obtained the kenwoods frequency and plugged it into the new radio. I can recieve the other radios but I cannot transmit to the kenwood radios. After reasearch I have narrowed it down to the CTSS/DCS codes (which i do not have) I tried kenwoods website, and thats a joke for technical stuff. Called a local radio dealer and he wants $35.00 to plug in a 4 digit code for me. Any one have knowelege or resorces for these codes???
