I am totally new to the subject, so here’s a beginner’s question:
Is there a way to communicate between a Yaesu VX-8DR and a Motorola MS350R (MS560CR, respectively)? I heard they work on different frequencies. Is that true? What would be necessary to make it work, if possible?
Thanks a lot in advance!
No. One is an Amateur (ham) radio, and the other is an FRS/GMRS radio. Even if it were technically possible, the Yeasu is not approved by the government to operate on frequencies other than amateur frequencies.
