What cable do I use to clone from one Baofeng UV-5R two way radio to another one? How do I hook them together without a computer? 
Its called a cloning cable and it interfaces between the two radios.
No computer necessary!
If you are going to program it with a computer, you need the computer interface cable and you need to download the interface program.
If the radio is already programmed, you read what is in the radio you desire to clone from and then save it and then download the program into the radio with no program.
