Can these radios communicate with each other?

I am a complete radio newb. But was wondering if a standard two-way radio can communicate with a VHF marine and boat radio?

The short answer is no. UHF two way radios will not talk to VHF marine radios and VHF business two way radios operate on different frequencies than US marine radios.
