Anybody know if the new California hands-free law applies to two-ways? I do not want to use VOX or headsets. I know, the law refers to wireless telephones, but I can imagine a CHP officer pulling me over :eek: when the device gets close to my face…I just want a good answer back!

From what I have heard Cali is VERY broad with regard to this typically vague law. :mad:
I DO think they consider radios as being included. I’d have to check around a bit to confirm.
