Greetings all. I’m new to the site. MANY years ago I had been into scanners and recently bought a Baofeng UV(BF) 21R and the Tidradio TD-BL-1 wireless programmer. First off, this scanner is SO confusing. I tried using the OdMaster software to install the dongle but I keep getting an error message that there is a bluetooth connection error. My phone bluetooth and PC are working fine. What is the issue and what do I check to fix the connection error? Keep in mind, I am so lost with this radio and the writing in the manual is so tiny it’s hard to figure out. You’ll be seeing A LOT of me on here as I work through the settings. As of now, all I can get is weather radio.
