Battery will not charge

Hi.

I am having a problem with the battery in one unit of the GX1000. One radio will recharge but the other will not. Does this mean the battery is bad and I will need to buy a new one for it?

I don’t remember what I paid for the set but are the batteries cheap enough to not have to buy a new radio?
